Brazil Nut Toffee – chewy or hard toffee with chopped Brazil nut coated in dark chocolate
Fudge – homemade fudge coated in milk chocolate (not overpoweringly sweet)
Marshmallow – homemade marshmallow coated in dark or milk chocolate
Marzipan – made with chopped almonds and coated with dark chocolate
Peanut Cluster – lightly roasted peanut covered with milk chocolate
Peppermint Creams – firm fondant filling coated in dark chocolate
Peppermint Snap – a brittle toffee ground down to small crystals combined with milk chocolate and dipped in milk chocolate
Hazelnut Praline – moulded nutty flavoured chocolate in milk, dark and white chocolate
Blancor Coconut Truffle – white chocolate with coconut coated in milk or dark chocolate and rolled in coconut.
Almond Nib Truffle – milk chocolate filling rolled in almond nibs and coated in white, milk or dark chocolate and rolled in icing sugar.
Artisan Chocolate Truffle – dark chocolate filling coated in white, dark or milk chocolate and rolled in cocoa powder.
Tia Maria Truffle Logs – milk chocolate coffee flavoured filling coated with milk, dark or white chocolate and rolled in dark chocolate shavings.
Salt Caramel Truffle – caramel flavours milk chocolate filling coated in white, dark or milk chocolate.
Praline Truffle – milk chocolate praline half coated with white, milk or dark chocolate.
Palet d or – vanilla flavoured dark chocolate filling discs coated in dark chocolate.
Earl Gray Tea Ganache – dark chocolate filling coated in white, milk or dart chocolate.
Rum & Raisin Ganache – textured filling in dark chocolate coated in white, milk or dark chocolate.
Banana Ganache – banana flavoured filling in dark chocolate coated in milk or dark chocolate.
Raspberry Ganache – raspberry flavoured filling coated in milk or dark chocolate.
Ecuador 70% ganache – dark chocolate chocolate flavoured filling in dark chocolate or milk.
Cinnamon Ganache – dark cinnamon chocolate flavoured filling in milk, dark or white.
Fresh Mint Ganache – suttle mint flavoured chocolate filling in milk or dark chocolate.
Zebra – milk and white chocolate duja paste layered and dipped in dark chocolate.
